Adenosine-5'-diphosphate disodium salt

The product is obtained through the enzymatic transformation of the raw material-adenosine, then the chromatographic fractionation and purification in the ion-exchange column, the content of which is no less than 90%.

The product is a white powder, freely soluble in water practically insoluble in ethanol. In condition of pH2, the ratio of A₂₅₀/A₂₆₀ =0.79-0.89, the ratio of A₂₈₀/A₂₆₀ =0.17-0.27, and its λmax is in 257±1nm.

Adenosine diphosphate disodium salt can be used as the intermedium in pharmaceutical and chemical industry, and also as a biochemical reagent.
