Prostaglandin E1

The products is obtained through the catalytic transformation of the initiator dihomo linolenic acid by use of prostanglandin synthetease which is extracted from ram glandular vesiculosa, and purification, its content is no less than 95%.

The product can be used as inhibiting blood platelet aggregation, formation of thromboxane A2, formation of atherosclerotic plaque and immunocomplex, deliating peripheral and vasa coronaria and can be applied to heart infarction, thrombotic angeitis and atherosclerosis obliterans, etc.
